About Me

I'm Wade Ellis, the owner and inspector behind Noble Home Inspection, LLC. With over a decade of experience as a professional home inspector and a lifelong background in the trades, I offer more than just a report—I bring real-world knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping you make confident decisions about your property.

Before starting Noble, I spent years building homes from the ground up in different parts of the world, including custom log homes. I’ve worked as a licensed electrician—both above and below ground—a fabricator, welder, roofer, and business owner, including running my own tree service company. I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years, and each one has helped shape the way I approach inspections today.

I don’t just look at a house—I understand how it was built, how it ages, and where issues tend to hide. That experience lets me go beyond surface-level observations and give you a clear picture of what’s really going on. Whether you're buying, selling, or just want peace of mind about your current home, I treat every inspection like I’m doing it for my own family.

Based in Alaska, I know how tough the environment can be on a structure. From foundation to roofline, permafrost to plumbing, I inspect with the local climate in mind. I also take the time to explain my findings in a way that makes sense—no scare tactics, no fluff, just straight talk and honest advice.

At Noble Home Inspection, you can count on thorough work, quick turnaround times, and a personal approach. I stand by my inspections because I stand by my name.
